Kenya Violence Against Children Survey 2019 Report
Abstract
Report of the 2019 Kenya Violence Against Children Survey (VACS), the second after 2010, led by the Department of Children's Services, Ministry of Labour and Social Protection. It establishes the prevalence, nature and consequences of sexual, physical and emotional violence experienced by children and young adults, risk and protective factors and service uptake, to guide prevention and response under Kenya's commitments to the UNCRC and the African Charter on the Rights and Welfare of the Child.
