Abstract
Report of the 2023/2024 Real Estate Survey covering real estate activities with own or rented property (buying, selling and renting of residential and non-residential buildings, serviced apartments and developers) and on a fee or contract basis (agents, brokers and property managers). It presents residential sale prices, rents and annual rental yields and commercial property sales and rents, and provides data for the Residential Property Price Index and national accounts.
