2021 FinAccess Household Survey
Abstract
The 2021 FinAccess Household Survey, conducted through a public-private partnership of the Central Bank of Kenya, the Kenya National Bureau of Statistics and FSD Kenya, is the sixth in a series of surveys conducted every two to three years since 2006 to understand the financial inclusion landscape from the consumer side. It measures access to and usage of financial services and providers, the quality and impact of financial services, and the financial health of Kenyan adults, including the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
