Use of Alternative Data Sources for Official Reporting: Validation of Uwezo and Usawa Agenda Data
Abstract
Brief (11 October 2022) reporting that, after evaluation against the KeSQAF criteria for validating citizen-generated data, the Uwezo 2016 learning assessment report and the Usawa Agenda 2020 remote learning survey met the minimum threshold for use in official reporting on SDG 4 (inclusive and equitable quality education) where official data are not available.
