2015/16 Kenya Integrated Household Budget Survey (KIHBS): Basic Report

Basic report of the 2015/16 Kenya Integrated Household Budget Survey (KIHBS), which collected information on the socio-economic characteristics of households at national and county level to compute updated poverty and inequality indicators, update labour force indicators, derive a new consumer price index basket and revise the national accounts. It presents results on demographic characteristics, education, health, housing, water and sanitation, energy, ICT, household consumption and expenditure, transfers, credit and shocks, to support planning under Vision 2030, the SDGs and devolution.
