Kenya Consumer Price Indices and Inflation Rates September 2010
Abstract
Monthly statistical release of the Consumer Price Indices (CPI) and inflation rates for Kenya for September 2010. The CPI increased by 0.46 percent from 106.25 in August 2010 to 106.74 in September 2010. Month-on-month overall inflation rate, stood at 3.21 percent in September 2010. The release presents one-month and twelve-month changes in the price indices by broad commodity group, based on prices collected from selected retail outlets in 25 data collection zones in 13 urban centres.
