Consumer Prices Indes (CPI) and Inflation Rates for the Month of August 2004
Abstract
Overall Kenya CPI rose by 4.0 per cent from 162.1 points in July 2004 to 168.6 points in August 2004. Month-on-month overall inflation rate increased from 8.5 per cent in July 2004 to 15.8 per cent in August 2004. Month-on-month underlying inflation rate was 8.4 per cent.
