Kenya Residential Property Price Index First Quarter 2026
Abstract
Quarterly statistical release of the Residential Property Price Index (RPPI) and residential property price inflation for the first quarter of 2026 (released 30 June 2026). The overall index for residential properties increased by 4.8 per cent between the first quarter of 2025 and the first quarter of 2026, driven by an 8.5 per cent rise in stand-alone house prices; results are presented for apartments and stand-alone houses (base 2022=100).
