2012/2013 Kenya National Housing Survey: Basic Report
Abstract
Basic report of the 2012/2013 Kenya National Housing Survey (KNHS), conducted with the Ministry of Land, Housing and Urban Development to improve the base of housing statistics, provide a basis for periodic monitoring of the housing sector and housing policy review, assess housing needs and track progress on Vision 2030 housing goals and MDG 7. It covered renters and owner occupiers, home builders and developers and housing professionals through sample surveys, and housing regulators and financiers through a census.
