Foreign Investment Survey 2016 Report
Abstract
Report of the Foreign Investment Survey 2016 on Kenya's private foreign assets and liabilities for 2014 and 2015, conducted by KNBS, the Central Bank of Kenya and the Kenya Investment Authority. Foreign direct investment accounted for over half of foreign liabilities. The report explains the concepts used, based on the IMF Balance of Payments and International Investment Position Manual (BPM6), and presents results on FDI, portfolio and other investment by sector and source country.
